We're building a bold, on-brand website for Your Company — one that not only looks great, but earns its keep. This isn't just about pixels and polish. It's about purpose. Every element — from layout and copy to flow and function — will be designed to help Your Company stand out and succeed. Clean, clear, and confident. That's the benchmark.

50% Upfront Payment: The client shall make an upfront payment of 50% of the total project cost before the commencement of the design work.

50% Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon completion and delivery of the final design. The final payment is to be made within 7 days from the project completion date.

Ad hoc work refers to tasks outside the agreed web design scope (e.g. consulting, integrations, marketing support, etc.). This type of work will not be carried out unless explicitly agreed in advance.

To ensure transparency and avoid billing disputes, a maximum of three (3) days of ad hoc work will be completed per month unless further authorisation is granted. Any additional time required will be requested by WebHero Limited with a clear explanation of the proposed work.

Ad hoc work will be invoiced on the 1st of each month, with payment due within 14 days.

The monthly retainer of £500 includes 1.5 days of WebHero's time for ongoing support and development. This can be used for:

• Content writing and optimization
• Strategic guidance and consultation
• New page creation and updates
• Minor design adjustments
• Technical maintenance and improvements

Unused time does not roll over to the following month. The retainer is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Upon receipt of full payment, WebHero Limited grants the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the final UI/UX design for the intended purpose outlined in the project proposal.

WebHero Limited retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio, promotional materials, and online platforms AFTER the project has been completed and it been approved by Your Company Ltd.

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the successful completion of the UI/UX design project.

Timely responses and approvals from the client are crucial to adhere to the project timeline.

The client is entitled to a specified number of design revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges.

Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches any material obligation. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

WebHero Limited retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio, AFTER the project has been completed and it been approved by Your Company Ltd.

The final UI/UX design will be delivered in a mutually agreed-upon format. Any additional deliverables beyond the project scope may incur additional charges.

The client is responsible for final approval of the UI/UX design. Once approval has been given, any further changes may be subject to additional charges, starting from £50 per hour depending on the nature and scope of the request.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
