Our method: Blue Ocean positioning and StoryBrand messaging - how we build sites that win
How it works

Five stages. Deliverables you can hold us to.

No mystery, no black box. Most sites launch in four to eight weeks, and you see working pages - not flat mockups - from the design stage on.

01 · WEEK 1

Discovery & buyer mapping.

One structured workshop covering your offer, your numbers and what this project has to change - then how your buyers research and decide, mapped page by page. Both happen in the first week, post sign-off.

YOU GET: A SIGNED BRIEF + PAGE-BY-PAGE SITE PLAN

02 · WEEK 1–2

Message & structure.

The words come first. Headlines, page structure and proof agreed in greyscale, where a change costs minutes instead of days and nobody is arguing about a colour yet.

YOU GET: WRITTEN COPY + CLICKABLE WIREFRAMES

03 · WEEK 2–4

Design & build.

Because we build on Claude Code, design and build are the same step - you review working pages in the browser at desktop and 375px, with real type, real motion and real load times. Three to four weeks, not three months.

YOU GET: WORKING PAGES, NOT FLAT MOCKUPS

04 · WEEK 4–5 →

Launch & grow.

Live with Lighthouse 100s, analytics wired and redirects handled. Then the part most agencies skip: a roadmap of improvements shipped in days, not sprint cycles.

YOU GET: LAUNCH + A LIVE IMPROVEMENT ROADMAP

Everything is yours from day one.

Code, hosting, accounts, analytics and content. No lock-in, no hostage CMS - if you ever leave, you leave with the lot.

Fair questions.

Most sites launch in four to five weeks: discovery in week one, then a three to four week design-and-build. Because we build on Claude Code, design and build are the same step rather than two sequential phases. Software-heavy builds run longer and get their own timeline at discovery. The schedule is agreed in writing at stage one and we hold to it.
