OUR OWN PRODUCT CRM plus content library for web agencies
The challenge
Generic CRMs do not match how a web agency runs, and the tools an agency actually reaches for every day - a snippet library, a prompt library, a design system to start from - live scattered across bookmarks and old projects. Agency Genius puts the pipeline and the working material in one place, tuned to agency workflow rather than to a generic sales team.
What we built
- A CRM built around how web agencies run clients, projects and pipeline, rather than a generic sales tool bent into shape
- The Vault: a library of widgets, animations and utilities, each with a thumbnail, description, implementation notes and copyable HTML, CSS and JS, with free and pro tiers
- The Lab: an AI prompt library that opens straight into Claude or ChatGPT, plus install guides for the libraries agencies keep reaching for
- A design systems library with light and dark live preview, a copyable DESIGN.md and downloads aimed at Claude and at Duda
- An icons library with one-click SVG copy, a video walkthrough library and curated resources
- An internal design system that every page composes from, so a visual change happens once at system level and never per page
The result
Agency Genius ships as a working platform with a live content library behind it. We build and run it ourselves. Presented deliverable-led: no customer or revenue figure is claimed here.
