How we built LoadSnap for UK waste compliance
LoadSnap is a UK waste-compliance SaaS, built to integrate with DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking, with a companion app, brand and messaging.

The challenge
UK waste regulation is moving to digital tracking, and the operators who move waste every day need compliance to be a workflow, not a filing exercise. LoadSnap needed a platform, a companion mobile app for the field, and a brand and message that made a compliance product feel usable.
What we built
- A working SaaS platform for UK waste compliance workflows, mobile-optimised for use in the field
- Integration work against DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking requirements
- A companion app built with a mix of approaches, including the creation of AI agents
- Brand identity and messaging, so a compliance product reads as approachable rather than bureaucratic
The result
LoadSnap ships as a regulation-aware platform with a field app, AI agents, brand and messaging delivered together. We share more detail in conversation than we publish here.

Short, boring and the same on almost every build. That consistency is the point: nothing here is rented, and all of it is yours.
