How we built OutPitch, an AI sales agent that doesn't sound like AI
OutPitch is our own outbound AI sales agent: it calls prospects, holds a real sales conversation, qualifies them and books the appointment.

The challenge
Voice AI platforms were built by engineers for engineers. The capability existed, but a director of a small business could not sit down and get an agent making real calls without a developer. The gap was not the model, it was the product around it: telephony and voice quality at the level of the specialist platforms, with the ease of software people actually enjoy using.
What we built
- An outbound AI sales agent that calls prospects, holds a natural sales conversation, qualifies, books appointments, gathers feedback and schedules callbacks
- A demo call straight from the landing page, so a visitor hears their own agent working within about ninety seconds of arriving
- Plain-English configuration: how the agent sounds and behaves is set with toggles rather than prompt engineering
- Live call monitoring, with the ability to coach the agent mid-call, and appointments written straight into the calendar
- Voice as the first channel, with email, SMS and WhatsApp designed to follow on the same agent model
The result
OutPitch runs as a working product for small-business directors, solo B2B sales operators and agencies running outbound for clients. We build and run it ourselves, so the engineering, the brand and the go-to-market are all ours. Presented deliverable-led: no performance figure is claimed here.
