How Sqew earned a 2026 Webby Awards honoree listing
Sqew is a restaurant brand with an appetite for standing out — we designed its website.

The challenge
Restaurant websites usually collapse into a template: menu PDF, booking widget, gallery. Sqew needed its site to do what its food does, which is be remembered. The brief was standout with substance: brand-first design that still answers the three questions every visitor has (what is it, where is it, how do I book).
What we built
- A brand-led site where type, motion and menu presentation carry the identity, designed and built as one piece
- Menu and location content structured for the 10-second mobile visit and for local search
- Performance engineering so the visual richness still hits Core Web Vitals targets on a phone
The result
The site was recognised as a Webby Awards honoree in 2026. The honoree wording matches the recognition badge published on our previous site; the winners-gallery listing link will be added alongside it once confirmed.
